This, I’ll admit. This is scary for me. Writing and posting on a blog. But how can I grow if I don’t do things that are scary?
A little introduction. My name is Kya Wolf and welcome to my blog. I reside in Utah with my husband and our two sons. One is autistic.
I am an author of YA Fantasy. I am also a warrior and advocate of mental illness. I work for a local custom print and frame shop while also running my own small business making costumes.
Being a warrior against mental illness has it’s challenges. Being a mother of a special needs kiddo, brings even more challenges. Keeping the balance of making sure your child has what they need to function while making sure you get your self-care can be difficult at times. It is very easy to feel like a failure.
My message to the world is to bring light on mental illness. To share my experiences so others can find hope. And to share some of my work as a writer.
