Anxiety is very real, and it can be very scary. I’ve had it all my life, but I only realized it in the last 3-5 years that I have had it all my life. Things started to make sense in my childhood and the rest of my life.
I recently had the privilege to be on this amazing panel, filled with amazing people. It was so inspiring to hear their stories and here how they have stood against their anxiety and continue to do so.
In my book; Serenity: The Blood Moon Prince, the main character; Kain, deals with PTSD and anxiety. He’s been through a lot and through the book, he finds ways to heal from those traumatic experiences through friendship, and a dash of magic.
